Paloma and Mark live in London but for decades they have spent long periods of time in Spain whenever their jobs allow it. In 2019 they found a house of two levels facing the sea on the beachfront of the town of Conil de la Frontera, and they did not hesitate for a second.

The project is conceived in a completely different way from what we are used to in a house with several floors, articulating the bedrooms on the ground floor and around a projection room in the center of the house, and carrying day rooms such as the Living room, dining room and kitchen on the next level of the first floor, with a small terrace and a large window with impressive views of the Conil promenade.

The range of finishes in the home is large-format, quality porcelain on the floor, by Porcelanosa, and vertical microquartz cladding in all the toilets and in the design of the sink countertops. The lime mortar, both inside and outside, is It has been left unpainted to give it a more rustic touch in keeping with the buildings surrounding the house.
